Preparatory College Composition writing course (online) has been withdrawn. It will be replaced by Writing Ready, a new, nonfiction course for teens and adults.

Writing Ready will offer more scheduling flexibility by replacing fixed-time classes with asynchronous study while maintaining a focus on the kinds of nonfiction writing ordinary people need to do at work.

The goal of Writing Ready is to competent, strategic writers who can respond appropriately to writing situations students typically encounter in courses across the curriculum in their first college semester. That same preparation will enable them to tackle typical workplace writing tasks with ease.
