Need help teaching students to use thesis statements?

Teaching thesis statement writing is probably the single most important activity for the writing teacher. It can also be one of the most frustrating activities for the writing teacher.

This forum is a place for teachers like you to share your experience with sympathetic peers.

And once you've broken through and gotten Josh and Caitlin to use theses in their writing, you can come here and gloat. The rest of us will be very jealous. We'll also pick your brain to learn from your successes.
